10.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CC66 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY.
10.2 CC66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your cc66 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10.3 CC66 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 You assume full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. CC66 shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

11.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting CC66 support. Upon account closure, any pending bonus amounts that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified withdrawable balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with CC66's Responsible Gaming Policy. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it may not be reversed for the duration specified at the time of the request.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.1 CC66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
